Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as Affiliate Manager
  • Deep understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Professional level of English

Your main duties wil be:

  • Active search of the partners to boost traffic volumes
  • Building long-term partner relationships
  • Analysis of the quality of incoming affiliate traffic and searching for ways of optimization
  • Fraud detecting, payments control

Qualifications:

  • Professional level of English
  • 1+ year on a similar position in the same/similar field of business
  • Professional communication skills, ability to build long term relationships with affiliates and advertisers
  • Accuracy in documentation and payment processes

Your main duties wil be:

  • Develop and maintain strong trusted business relationships with future partners, offering them professional support and feedback
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials
  • Manage our affiliate platform and take a part in our IT product
  • Manage ppl and take a part in a work-flow process on a daily basis
