Proven experience as an Account Manager in the affiliate marketing industry.>

1+ year of experience working on dating/sweepstakes projects.>

Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV).>

Basic knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing.>

Strong awareness of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs.>

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.>

Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers.>

Your main duties will be

Advertiser Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring long-term cooperation.

Communication & Support: Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and feedback to advertisers.

Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze new opportunities for business growth.

Offer & Partner Acquisition (as needed): Search for new partners or offers upon request.

Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed personal commercial KPIs.
